How to Order / Order Policy

 

FOR PayPal OR CREDIT CARD USER: (You may contact SanHachi for your payment arrangements)

     1st- Fill in the shipping details using our website cart. And Click Add a message to the seller and send us a message if you are going to pay via Paypal or Credit Card.

 

     2nd- Click the Submit Order button to send your orders. 

     

     3rd- Then once you submit your orders. We will email your Paypal or Credit card invoice to settle your payment.

3-STEP ON HOW TO ORDER:

     1st- You will need to register at SanHachi before you can use our shopping cart.  This is done to discourage fake buyers who simply click away for fun, and inundating our inbox with fake orders.  

 

     2nd- When registered, you can use our cart and go to the browser category. And simply add the item you wish to buy.

 

     3rd- After you have done this.  Then go to our view cart and check what preferred the type of payment and shipping address.  And check the box if you agreed to the terms and conditions of the items you purchased.  Then check out.

SHIPMENT & TAX CHARGES: 

     Shipping charges are calculated automatically during the checkout process. Shipping information and policies, items typically ship out within 1 business day after you place your order. When your item does ship out, you will be emailed the tracking number from us. Please note, that the day an item ships out is not considered a courier time-in-transit day. 

 

     We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. 

 

     We are not liable for any mistakes, typos, oversights, etc. that customers do not inform us about within 30 minutes of placing the order. Please contact us at sanhachi38@gmail.com. Customers are responsible for all return to sender fees if a package is refused or returned to us for any reason. If this occurs, customers will only be refunded 50% of the price of the returned item itself. Shipping costs are never refunded.

 

FREE SHIPPING POLICY (Philippines Only):

     SanHachi has dedicated the best service to our clients. Orders over ₱2,999.00 qualify for free shipping. Free shipping promotions are available on domestic shipments, within three (3) to five (5) business days, in the Philippines only.

 

EXPEDITED SHIPPING POLICY (Philippines Only):

     SanHachi is finding ways to have the best service to expedite the shipping efficiency to our customers. We expanding our shipping capability for our clients that want their orders to be fast and effective. Expedited shipping promotions are available on domestic shipments, within one (1) to three (3) business days guaranteed in the Philippines only or money back (Shipping fee will be refunded if delivery is delayed).

 

 

     Note: All imported items and imported supplies are not included in the expedited shipping promotions.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY:

     Shipping charges to international destinations will be emailed after the checkout process. We will immediately send you the invoice together with the shipping fee to your subscribed email to us.  We ship internationally via E.M.S. or any chosen International Courier. The recipient you type in the Ship-To fields will be responsible for any customs charges, duties or taxes at the time the package is delivered. Refunds will NOT be given for any refused packages delivered to countries other than the Philippines. 

 

     No refunds will be given for items that are seized due to import policies or restrictions at your local customs office.  We will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office.  We will also not be held responsible for any additional fees the local carrier in your country may charge.  Our international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charge, not including customs duties, taxes, and country-specific fees.  Our fees ONLY reflect the cost for us to ship your order to your country.  If you refuse to pay your local duty or tax and the carrier bills SanHachi for the unpaid charges, we will recharge you for the applicable amount. Failure to pay customs duties and taxes may also jeopardize or terminate your ability to place future orders with us.  If you are unsure of your country's import policies, please check with them before ordering.

 

FOR LOST / DELAYED / MISSING ORDERS / BACKORDERS:

     In very rare situations, we ship an item out of our warehouse and the courier scans are delayed.  In even rarer situations, courier scans never occur and we need to consider the package lost.  We do not consider a package lost until 10 days have passed since the item was originally shipped out of our warehouse.  We are very sorry for any inconvenience or disappointment a situation like this can cause, however, we are very strict about this policy and there are no exceptions.  Once 10 days have passed and if there is still no tracking information, we will re-ship your package via any leading courier Home Delivery.  We are unable to provide expedited shipping for any courier lost or delayed packages.

 

     And for the items or products that are back-ordered. You will not be charged for these items until they actually ship. Payment will be returned for back-ordered items or you can make a replacement for the items with the same value. And back ordered items are qualified for free shipping and handling fees. The total order value, however, will be shown on the packing slip that is included with your shipment.

Return / Cancellation Policy

RETURN / CANCELLATION POLICY:     If you would like to return any items, you may return them within 15 days of receiving your orders, given that it has not been opened or used, and is in their original packaging. Customers will be responsible for the return shipment.  Orders canceled prior to processing will receive full credit.  (Please hurry though, full refunds are not given once an item has been processed!!)  We do not allow any items to be refused unless the customer provides proof of a fraudulent transaction (both a copy of a police report and proof that the credit card number used in the transaction has been canceled).  No refunds will be given for orders that are refused and if a customer does refuse a shipment from our courier we will charge you or your credit card for any and all return shipping fees. 

 

     Ship your parcel back to SanHachi via standard shipping or economic only (preferably JRS Express). DO NOT ship in Priority Mail as you will not be reimbursed for return shipping charges. Sorry, we will not accept COD or freight-collect shipments. Please coordinate your shipment to sanhachi38@gmail.com.

 

     Kindly wait for 5 business days from the date we received the package for us to process your returns.

 

DAMAGED PRODUCTS:

     If there are any damages upon receipt of your order, you will receive a replacement part or item at no additional cost.  Please contact us and we will promptly assist you.  If you have a missing or damaged product, please contact sanhachi38@gmail.com.

Consumer Warranty Money Back Guarantee” or “Basic Consumer Warranty” Rules, Terms & Conditions (the “Official Rules”)

These Terms & Conditions apply to the “Consumer Warranty Money Back Guarantee” or “Basic Consumer Warranty” in SanHachi (the “Consumer Warranty”).

1. Promoter: the contracting party determined in accordance with the “ Contracting Party” of the SanHachi Transaction Services Agreement (the “Promoter”). 

2. Eligible Member: You must be a registered member of SanHachi with a valid account and have successfully made and completed a purchase of goods and/or services on SanHachi.

 

3. Consumer Warranty Period: the number of days (appearing/confirmed on the product listing page at the time when the Eligible Member completed the purchase from the seller on SanHachi) during which the seller guarantees the Eligible Member that it would receive the goods and/or services ordered from the seller, start counting from the day the Eligible Member completes such purchase on SanHachi.

 

4. Rules

​4.1. If the Eligible Member does not receive the goods and/or services within Consumer Warranty Period or receives goods and/or services that are sub-standard in its view, the Eligible. A member may initiate the dispute procedures as stipulated in SanHachi under “Disputes and Reports” to report this incident (“Dispute Procedures”) to SanHachi.

​4.2. During the Dispute Procedures, SanHachi will investigate this incident considering (but not limited to) the following factors:

  • Whether goods and/or services received by the Eligible Member are damaged, defective, or substantially different from what has been presented or described on the product listing page;

  • Whether the non-arrival of goods and/or services to the Eligible Member is due to factors beyond its control;

  • Whether the non-arrival of goods and/or services to the Eligible Member is due to error or miscommunication on the part of the Eligible Member (eg providing incorrect shipping address etc); or

  • Whether the goods and/or services are returned to the seller due to such goods and/or services not being able to clear customs.

4.3. ​SanHachi may ask the Eligible Member for relevant information, documentation, records, and/or other evidence to support Eligible Member’s claim.

4.4. After the Dispute Procedures, SanHachi will make a determination (which is final and not subject to appeal). If the determination is in favor of the Eligible Member, subject to the terms of the Official Rules (including but not limited to the force majeure clause below), the Eligible Member will be eligible for a refund within 15 days after the completion of the Dispute Procedures. Such refund will be generally credited to the same means of payment used by the Eligible Member when placing the affected order on SanHachi unless the parties have agreed on some other means and are subject to the relevant technical constraints.

5. General Rules:

5.1. By participating in this Consumer Warranty, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

5.2 Any fraud and/or abuse by you (as determined by the Promoter at its sole discretion) will result in forfeiture of your eligibility to this Consumer Warranty and/or rights under these Official Rules.

5.3. SanHachi is not responsible for any late, lost, delayed, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or undeliverable entries, responses, or other correspondence, whether by e-mail or otherwise.

5.4. The eligibility to this Consumer Warranty shall be determined by SanHachi at their sole discretion based on the Promoter’s record. If there is any discrepancy between the record of the transaction held by you and that held by the Promoter, the Promoter’s record shall be conclusive and binding on you.

5.5. SanHachi reserves the right to amend these Official Rules without prior notice. In the event of disputes, the decision of the Promoter shall be final and binding.

5.6. SanHachi reserves the right and absolute discretion to cancel or revoke anyone’s right to participate in this Consumer Warranty.

6. Force Majeure: Under no circumstances shall SanHachi be held liable to the Eligible Member for this Buyer Protection or any rights under these Official Rules due to or resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces,  or causes beyond the reasonable control of SanHachi or the relevant seller, including without limitation, Internet failures, computer, telecommunications or any other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labor or materials, fires, flood, storms, explosions, acts of God, war, governmental actions, orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals, or non-performance of third parties or any suspension or disruption of transportation or business operation (including but not limited to delays or disruption of the resumption of work or operation ordered by any government agency) in the event of a national or regional spread of epidemic or pandemic.

7. Conflict of Terms and Conditions:

7.1. In case of any discrepancy in the content between the English and other non-English language versions of these Official Rules, the English version shall prevail.
7.2. . In the event that any of the terms under these Official Rules conflict with rules and/or any such related information displayed elsewhere on SanHachi, the terms under these Official Rules shall prevail. The SanHachi Online.com Transaction Services Agreement shall prevail and complement these Rules.

8. Disclaimer: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE PROMOTER BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF USE, DATA, BUSINESS OR PROFITS) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THIS BUYER PROTECTION, WHETHER SUCH LIABILITY ARISES FROM ANY CLAIM BASED UPON CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOT SPONSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGE.

9. Disputes: You acknowledge and agree that the Promoter or any of its affiliates shall not be responsible, and shall have no liability to the Eligible Member or anyone else for any dispute or claim that arises out of your participation in this Consumer Warranty.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: You agree that this Consumer Warranty is governed, interpreted, and enforced by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any and all legal actions, claims, or proceedings arising out of, or in connection with these Official Rules must be finally resolved as stipulated in the SanHachi Online Transaction Services Agreement, i.e., by arbitration with the Philippine International Arbitration Centre, except as otherwise stipulated under applicable law.
