How to Order

 

  • THREE (3) STEPS ON HOW TO ORDER:

  1. You will need to register at Pooch Manila before you can use our shopping cart.  This is done to discourage fake buyers who simply click away for fun, and inundate our inboxes with fake orders.  

  2. When registered, you can use our cart and go to the browser category. And simply add the item you wish to buy.

  3. After you have done this.  Then go to our view cart and check what preferred type of payment and shipping address.  And check the box if you agree to the terms and conditions of the items you purchased.  Then check out. 

 

Note: To our clients. We highly recommend using your Paypal for payment for your safety and secured transaction.

How to Settle Payment

  • FOR PayPal OR CREDIT CARD USER: (You may contact SanHachi for your payment arrangements)

  1. Fill in the shipping details using our website cart. And Click Add a message to the seller and send us a message if you are going to pay via Paypal or Credit Card.

  2. Click the Submit Order button to send your orders. 

  3. Then once you submit your orders. We will email your Paypal or Credit card invoice to settle your payment.

 

Note: We only encourage our customers to use PayPal for payments for their security. 

 

 

  • FOR MANUAL PAYMENTS (MONEY REMITTANCE AND BANKING ONLINE/DEPOSIT):

 

Kindly use the information below as a consignee or payment receiver.

  • For the money transfer payment method.  We need the following details to confirm your payments, and send them to info.poochmanila@gmail.com;

Order no. that you made to our website info-poochmanila.com.

  1. Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN), or Money Tracking Number (MTN);

  2. The Sender's Full Name (the first, middle, and last names assigned on the 'To Send Money' form;

  3. The City and Country where the payment was sent from;

  4. The Expected Amount of money transfer;

  5. Or send the Transaction slip for more detailed payment information.

  • For bank transfer/deposit: We accept payment thru the following Philippine Bank

       Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI)

       Account Name: Frederick Garcia                     Click on BPI QR Code

  • For bank deposit or bank transfer payment method.  We need the following details to confirm your payments, and send them to info.poochmanila@gmail.com;

  1. Order no. that you made to our website sanhachionline.com.

  2. The Transaction Number and Description of the Bank where you deposited the payments;

  3. The Sender's Full Name who ordered to sanhachionline.com;

  4. The City and Country where the payment was sent from;

  5. The Expected Amount you deposit;

  6. Or send the Bank Transaction slip for more detailed payment information.

  • For GCash Payment              Click on GCash QR Code

Shipping/Delivery Policy

  • SHIPMENT & TAX CHARGES: 

Shipping charges are calculated automatically during the checkout process. When your item does ship out, you will be emailed the tracking number from us. 

 

We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. 

 

We are not liable for any mistakes, typos, oversights, etc. that customers do not inform us about within 30 minutes of placing the order. Please contact us at info-poochmanila@gmail.com. Customers are responsible for all return-to-sender fees if a package is refused or returned to us for any reason. If this occurs, customers will only be refunded 50% of the price of the returned item itself. Shipping costs are never refunded.

 

SAME-DAY DELIVERY POLICY (Manila Only):

Pooch Manila is finding ways to have the best service to expedite the shipping efficiency of our customers. We expanding our shipping capability for our clients that want their orders to be fast and effective. Same-day shipping promotions are available on Manila shipments only, within one (1) day or next-day delivery guaranteed before the cut-off time of 10 A.M., or money back (Shipping fee will be refunded if delivery is delayed).

FOR LOST / DELAYED / MISSING ORDERS / BACKORDERS:

In very rare situations, we ship an item out of our warehouse and the courier scans are delayed.  In even rarer situations, courier scans never occur and we need to consider the package lost.  We do not consider a package lost until 5 days have passed since the item was originally shipped out of our warehouse.  We are very sorry for any inconvenience or disappointment a situation like this can cause, however, we are very strict about this policy and there are no exceptions.  Once 5 days have passed and if there is still no tracking information, we will re-ship your package via any leading courier Home Delivery.  We are unable to provide expedited shipping for any courier-lost or delayed packages.

 

And for the items or products that are back-ordered. You will not be charged for these items until they actually ship. Payment will be returned for back-ordered items or you can make a replacement for the items with the same value. And back ordered items are qualified for free shipping and handling fees. The total order value, however, will be shown on the packing slip that is included in your shipment.

Return/Cancellation Policy

If you would like to return any items, you may return them within (one) 1 day of receiving your orders, given that it has not been opened or used, and is in their original packaging. Customers will be responsible for the return shipment.  We charge a 50% restocking fee for all returned items. Orders canceled prior to processing will receive full credit.  (Please hurry though, full refunds are not given once an item has been processed!)  We do not allow any items to be refused unless the customer provides proof of a fraudulent transaction (both a copy of a police report and proof that the credit card number used in the transaction has been canceled).  No refunds will be given for orders that are refused, and if a customer does refuse a shipment from our courier we will charge you or your credit card for any and all return shipping fees. 

 

Ship your parcel back to Pooch Manila via standard shipping or economic only. DO NOT ship in Priority Mail as you will not be reimbursed for return shipping charges. Sorry, we will not accept COD or freight-collect shipments. Please coordinate your shipment to info.poochmanila@gmail.com.

 

Kindly wait for five (5) business days from the date we received the package for us to process your returns.

 

DAMAGED PRODUCTS:

If there are any damages upon receipt of your order, you will receive a replacement part or item at no additional cost.  Please contact us and we will promptly assist you.  If you have a missing or damaged product, please contact info.poochmanila@gmail.com.
